Lost / Missing / Broken Items - If your order has been fulfilled incorrectly or there are missing items, please contact us at support@valleybrat.la and we will review your order. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit and you purchased Route shipping insurance then please reach out to Route for assistance. Their contact information will be in tour order confirmation, and you should have received a separate email from Route as well.
